Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer’.A & L Wedding Car Service is referred to as ‘the Company’.
We will:
- only book one wedding per day;
- ensure our uniformed Chauffeur is there at least 30 minutes before time to allow plenty of time for photographs as the Bride leaves the house;
- take the Bride and her escort and convey them to the Ceremony venue;
- allow as much time as needed for photographs before the Ceremony and after;
- provide a complimentary bottle of Champagne for the Bride and Groom after the Ceremony;
- take the Bride and Groom to the Reception.
if required, we can take the bridesmaids to the Ceremony venue before returning to collect the bride.
Please call for a competitive quotation based upon distance and trips needed.
We are very flexible and if you require a variation to the above we are happy to help.
Payment
50% deposit required when booking – balance to be paid two weeks prior to the Wedding day. We accept cash or cheques(sorry - we do not have the facility to accept credit/debit cards).
Breakdown policy
Every effort is made to provide a reliable car, but in the unforeseen circumstances that the vehicle breaks down, the Company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. However, we will do our utmost to get you to the Ceremony on time and will take whatever measures are necessary, including providing an alternative vehicle. If such an event happens, all monies paid by you will be refunded without question.
Accident, puncture, traffic jam or severe weatherT
he Company accept no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. However, the Company will take whatever measures are necessary, to endeavour to complete the hiring.
Damage to vehicle caused by hirer
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the company’s vehicle however caused by the hirer, or the hirer’s guests.
Clean vehicle
Our vehicle is kept valeted to a very high standard and cleaned again prior to collection. However, the Company cannot accept liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged.
